Introduction

The Orange Blossom (Citrus sinensis) is an evergreen flowering tree. It was designated Florida State Flower back in 1909.

The tree blooms in spring time. The flowers are white and have white stigma and stamens with yellow anthers. They appear in clusters of up to 6 flowers and have a lovely sweet scent which attracts insects for pollination.

I was wanting to make personalized hats for everyone in my family this christmas. My mom was hard, because i knew i couldn’t pick anything “too” personal. She is the only female harvesting supervisor, and the men always have something to say when she looks too girly. but i think an orange hat with a few leaves and a few of these blossoms will look great. did I mention she is an Orange Grove Harvesting Supervisor. it’s going to be an awesome hat!
